This generator was created to assist in creating basic environmental load combinations for the SACS®
software suite. Only the more commonly used options within each load type (or card) has been implemented;
therefore, not all options are available. Although every effort was made to test this generator, we can
not guarantee its accuracy. Hence, the results must be verified by an engineer experienced with
the SACS®
software suite.

Assumptions:
- Waterline override is used on all environmental loading cards.
- Wave directions are adjusted by +/- 22.5 deg. as per API RP 2A.
- Wave initial position set at -50 feet and used (20) 5-foot steps.
- Wave position to be selected based on maximum shear (MS).
- Apparent wave period (AWP) is used.
- Stream Function Order assumed to be calculated by SACS.
- Nonlinear stretching (NL) is used for current stretching.
- Current does NOT account for reduced speed below 200 ft WD.
