1. Do I need a login name and password to access your online calculators?

No. Our site is 100% free to use and no login name or password is required to access any data. All site visitors have access to all available site content.
We personally enjoy visiting sites that are useful and free of having to
divulge your personal information so we figured we do that for our visitors. |

2. What!?! No monthly, annual, or one-time fees?

That's correct. We do not charge any fees for site visitors to have full access to site content. We also do not require
the user to provide any personal information to use the site. No email address, no name, no signup what so ever.

3. Do I need Java or a Java-enabled browser to use the calculators?

Most of the calculators on this site are developed in PHP (a programming language
well suited for web development)
and do not require the use of Java. Very few calculators
on our site are java-based and we hope over time that these calculators can be replaced with a PHP-based one.
However, each programming language has its advantages and disadvantages.
Hence, in the few places we utilized Java or JavaScript, we felt it was the
best alternative at the time.
We attempt to keep our site easy to use; therefore, we limit the use of java which
thereby reduces or eliminates
problems with users whose web browser have java disabled or are not java-enabled. |
