January 1 of even-numbered years for licensees
whose last name begins with one of the letters A through K.
January 1 of odd-numbered years for licensees
whose last name begins with one of the letters L through Z.

A maximum of 15 PDH may be carried forward
into the next renewal period.
|
The responsibility of maintaining records
to be used to support credits claimed is the sole responsibility of the licensee.
The records must be maintained for a period of three years.

Exemption from the PDH requirements include new licensees for their
first renewal period, active military duty,
retired status, or disability, illness, or other
extenuating circumstance. Please
refer to the state board's website for specific requirements and
time periods allowed.
